Returns for professional tools usually mean you gotta contact them directly for an RMA or something. They don't just do a blanket 'send it back' thing like clothes.

The 2020C and Onyx models usually come with one in the box, at least mine did. Not all of them though.

Check the 'what's included' section of the specific clipper you're looking at. Some do, some don't. My Ghost didn't come with one.
